2. Orders & Payments

  • Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
  • Please make sure your shipping details are correct – we want your package to find its way to you without trouble!

3. Shipping

  • We currently ship to Belgium and EU.
  • Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
  • Once your order leaves us, delivery times depend on the courier. Delays due to customs or carriers are out of our control (but we’ll always try to help if something goes wrong!).

4. Returns & Refunds

  • You have the right to refund any of our items within 14 days, the shipping cost will be on the customer.
  • Please double-check sizes and product details before placing your order.

  • We do our best to make sure everything is accurate and high-quality.
  • We are not liable for indirect or accidental damages related to product use. (Clothing is meant to be worn and loved, but not misused 💫).
